With a team of expert tradesmen and experienced management professionals who’ve worked on the other side of the table, for general contractors and developers, we know exactly what our clients need because we've been in their shoes. That perspective drives everything we do.
We understand how critical it is to stay on schedule, stay within budget, and maintain clear communication about RFI's and lead times every step of the way. That’s why we provide weekly project performance updates with photos, lead weekly OAC meetings if needed, and ensure invoices and change orders are submitted on time. From kickoff to closeout, we’re committed to delivering a strong finish and a smooth experience.

Meet our President
Jonathan Adams, MSIRE
Jonathan Adams has built his career in commercial construction over the past 17 years, combining hands-on experience, project leadership, and real estate knowledge to bring value to every phase of a project. He began in the field as an installer and contractor, learning the work firsthand before moving into a senior estimator and project management role.
For well over a decade, Jonathan has focused on interior remodels for hospitality resorts in Orlando, Florida, where he managed complex renovations and delivered high-quality results on tight schedules. Prior to starting SLL Construction Finishes, Jonathan worked with a commercial general contractor who specialized in ground-up construction and development. He estimated and managed projects from early preconstruction planning through final completion and close out.
Jonathan has an active FL. real estate license and holds a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University, giving him a strong understanding of both the construction and investment side of development. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Belhaven University, reflecting his commitment to ethical leadership and thoughtful decision-making.
With a practical mindset and a deep understanding of the full construction lifecycle, Jonathan brings a balanced and reliable approach to every project he takes on.
